This help file lists the error messages which may be produced in the Trends application.

Maximum Number of Tags has been exceeded. |
Error occurs when attempting to add more tags than is allowed by the MaxTags property of the Trending control. |

Cannot change the key of this DataItem. |
While attempting to change the key of a tag, a duplicate key was found. |
|
Cannot change the key of this Attribute. |
While attempting to change the key of a tag attribute, a duplicate key was found. |
|
An item with this name already exists. |
A tag with the same name is already attached to the trend. |
|
The start time must be before the end time |
The End time of the trend has set to be before the Start time of the trend. The Start time must always be before the end time. |
|
Cannot to Connect to Database. |
An error has occurred while attempting to connect to the Exaquantum database, in order to retrieve Trending template information. This may be because exaquantum is not running. |
|
Unable to access Database path. |
While attempting to retrieve Trending template information from the Exaquantum database, a missing database path was found. One or more of the templates may be corrupt in the database. |
|
Unable to Load Template Classes from Database. Reverting to Default Class. |
While attempting to load the template class information from the Exaquantum database, an error occurred. The Trending control will revert to its default template classes. This could be caused by one of the templates being corrupted inside the database. |

An Error occurred while loading Legend Columns settings and Graph Axes settings from the Exaquantum Trending Templates. Check:

While attempting to retrieve data value from the Exaquantum historian, an error occurred. |

The Update Rate has been changed to ... for optimum performance. |
The update rate chosen for the Trending control has been adjusted to minimise the CPU loading on the Exaquantum Client/Server. The default update rate that can be used when displaying an updating historical trend is 5 seconds, for a time range of 1 hour. As the time range decreases, the update rate can become more frequent. |
